Encyclopedia of Unnamed Phenomena
The EUP is JVE’s living encyclopedia of unnamed, unexplained, or emerging phenomena in the H+AI Age. It is a growing catalog of concepts, patterns, and experiences that do not yet have names in traditional human language — but are becoming increasingly visible as humans and AI interact in new ways.
The EUP exists to help people understand the strange, subtle, or hard-to-describe experiences that arise in the space between human intelligence and artificial intelligence. Some of these phenomena are cognitive. Some are emotional. Some are perceptual. Some are relational. Some are entirely new.
Inside the EUP, visitors will eventually find:
- Clear definitions of emerging phenomena
- Examples and descriptions of how these phenomena appear
- Human-friendly explanations of complex or subtle experiences
- New terms and concepts created to describe what has never been named before
- A growing catalog updated as the H+AI Age evolves
During soft launch, the EUP will begin with a small set of entries — just enough to introduce the idea. Over time, it will expand into a full encyclopedia, with new entries added regularly.

- Illustrations or diagrams for complex concepts
- A structured taxonomy that organizes the entire field
The EUP is a long-term project. It will grow as the world changes, as new phenomena emerge, and as humans and AI continue to explore the unknown together.
